In using this website and our services you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:


We reserve the right to make changes to this website and terms and conditions, and shopping policies at any time.


You must be 18 years or older to make any purchases or order services on this website.


Bfix will not take responsibility for any losses during repairs, therefore please ensure that you back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on your computer disk drives, peripherals, MP3 player, DVD player, camcorder, digital camera and/or any other electronic storage device; and remove all videotapes, compact disks, floppy disks, laser disks, cassettes, DVDs, film or other media from your product.


Bfix shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to any cause beyond its control. Bfix and/or its third-party service providers reserve the right to refrain from providing the Services ordered and instead refund Customer’s payment, wholly or in part, on the basis that the minimum system requirements are not met or the technical needs (including wiring or overcoming physical or technical barriers) or other requirements of the Customer are unusual or extensive and beyond the scope of these Service Terms, as determined by Bfix. Whether or not you request back-up services from Bfix and/or its third-party service provider, neither Bfix nor its third-party service provider shall be liable under any circumstances for any loss, disclosure, alteration or corruption of any data, software, information, files, videotapes, compact disks, floppy disks, laser disks, cassettes, DVDs, film or other media.


All the parts that we use are of high quality purchased from the open market but we do not claim that they are original.


Payment can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal or cash.

We offer free shipping on orders starting from 300 pounds ex. vat


A pre-diagnostic investigation will be conducted before the repair or service commencing. This will include and not limited to evidence of water damage; a physical inspection of the device i.e. if the case is bent, causing tension that will cause the replacement screen to crack again; evidence of prior repairs; the power button; volume control buttons; mute buttons; home screen buttons; cameras (front and back-facing). The technician will make notes and take photos of marks, dents, scratches and any other issues before they continue. Any prior damage will not be covered by our warranty.

To keep our clients safe we do not store any data from or about you devices, on our clients request if the fault is clearly described and the device is brought or mailed in for a specific repair and if the process of the repair does not require and we do not need to access or power on the device and will not do so, therefore we won't ask for your password or store any data from or about your device, but in such case, we do not take responsibility, return, refund or repair any other faults that may not be identified before the repair or occurred after or during the repair.

The Parts Replaced on devices are for safety and security are not returned to clients

We expect any items taken in for repair or diagnostics, to be free of infestation (for example pests, bugs, etc.) If any sign of infestation would be found inside a device, it is handled as unrepairable and returned, in case of an infestation of our premises or surrounding premises or sickness of our employes after such a device is taken in for repair or even returned, but believed to be the cause of it, the client agrees to compensate any loss or expenses in full.

Upon an initial diagnostic investigation, should our technicians discover damage beyond that initially indicated when the repair was booked it will be noted and if these issues were to cause complications but continuing the repair, you will be informed of this and asked whether you wish to continue. If you decide not to continue with the repair, you will be issued with a refund excluding the call-out fee if any.

After the repair is finished or the item is diagnosed beyond economical repair and the client is informed, we expect the client to collect his device or item as soon as possible, if an item is left without prior agreement for a longer period than 30 days, we will assume the item was abandoned and dispose of it.

A Diagnostics fee of minimum £15 or more depending on the device, is applicable for any device brought in for repair if the repair is refused after diagnosing the device


Although we aim to ensure accuracy in all that we do, in the rare circumstance in which there are any mistakes with your bill, receipts or payments we will correct these as soon as possible. Please check all bills, documents and device numbers at the time of purchase, or repair when finished and returned. As we do not take any responsibility for errors when the items are returned or sold to the client and paid for and left our premises.


We request that you remove any locks/passwords or you provide us with the password to your device. This is necessary to enable us to test your device for any faults, therefore, if we do not have access into your device we cannot be held responsible for any faults after our services, as we would have been unable to test your device.


Any emails sent from the site confirming an order, are auto-generated and in no way confirm stock levels, these are just to acknowledge that we have received your order. In some circumstances we may decline certain parts of an order, if this is the case we will email or call to let you know. If for any reason your payment cannot be processed we will call/write to you to see if this issue can be resolved.


We will accept no responsibility for any delays to lost parcels due to you submitting wrong or incomplete order. Before signing for any items we have sent please check for damage and keep the enclosed receipts that are enclosed with your goods. We do next day deliveries however, this depends on your order, stock levels or the time taken to fix your device.


We use Royal Mail, first class. Although we try our best to get your order to you as fast as possible, we do not guarantee next day delivery depending on your location, and stock levels, so please allow extra time for shipping, for international. Other shipping methods may be used if requested and paid by the client but must be arranged in advance and the office must be notified when placing an order

We offer free postage on orders starting from £300 per order excluding Vat, all orders below that amount will be charged for postage at the postage service providers rate plus packing charges, there may be exceptions when free shipping would be applied, but this will be notified in advance of purchase or order.

If an order would be arranged to delivered using courier services the payment must be made by 12 a.m. for same business day dispatch, any of such orders with payments cleared after 12 a.m. will be dispatched next working day.

We do not take responsibility for postage delays after the order has been posted it is out of our hands and responsibility of the postal service provider.


You can cancel your order after placing it before it has been dispatched, as most of our items are posted the same day  - please enquire over the phone for the postage status. Any money paid will be refunded upon cancellation. If the order is already posted you, unfortunately, you cannot cancel.

Postage fees are not refundable.

In case an order was placed from any country outside the United Kingdom the cost of returning the item back to us will be covered from the customer side.

If you’re unhappy with the product and believe that the item is damaged or faulty - you can return the item in unused, undamaged condition in the same state and packaging as received for 30 days, as we offer a warranty on our items for half a year, after 30 days period of purchase please contact us directly via email and we might be able to help you if the item wasn’t used or damaged.

In case you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item the item can be replaced or refunded in 14 days period from the date of the purchase, providing order number or receipt of purchase. The postage costs will not be covered or refunded in such a case.

We offer a 1-year warranty to all of our repairs and half a year for items. If any faults occur caused by our repair, to your device after you received it, we will repair the fault free after verifying that the fault was caused by our service or return the amount you paid for the repair. We do not take any responsibility for damages to your device during postage or faults that occurred before the given service or wasn’t caused by the service.

If your unhappy with your purchased item you can return it in the original condition for 14 days notifying us in 14 days after your purchased item was received and we will replace it or refund it.
